If you get easily offended by the slightest
correction, you are not ready to learn.
You can't grow without learning.
Better to benefit from constructive criticism
than be misguided by by false praise.
Feedback is a gift & needs to be nurtured at
proffessional & personal levels.

Agree, but to be effective and motivating, the
feedback or critics must be delivered in a
proper way, and this is often a kind of art,
that not everybody understand.
