1. Services/Products:
MR. RONALD P. ROJA agrees to provide services as water refiller, delivery man, and assistant of the
AQUAMAY DEN WATER REFILLING STATION to MR. ROGELIO G. LORA.

2. Payment:
MR. ROGELIO G. LORA agrees to pay MR. RONALD P. ROJA P4,000 monthly (or P167 daily) in
consideration for the services/products provided. Payment shall be made through over the counter.
3. Term:
This Agreement shall commence on FEBRUARY 18, 2024 and shall continue until, FEBRUARY 18, 2025,
unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
4. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing real and possible reasons written notice to the other
party.
5. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Philippine Constitution of 1987.
6. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements
and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
