starvation. The enterprise has witnessed a gradual decline in the number of children eating
healthy items like vegetables. Therefore, many children lack enough nutrition, vitamins,
and energy for everyday activities. The enterprise conducted research and discovered that
sweet potato leaves have numerous health benefits. Therefore, the enterprise created an
appetizer using sweet potato leaves as the primary component.
Cuisson Mon Amour will sell its products online, allowing them to reach a larger
customer base. The enterprise plans to use Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok as primary
selling platforms, where they will be able to provide services and products as well as
advertise their offerings. To ensure that its orders are completed, the company established
a pre- ordering system. Cuisson Mon Amour's goal in promotion is to communicate
information, raise awareness, spark interest, and generate sales or favorable responses.

Cuisson Mon Amour is a French word which means ―baking‖ and ―my love‖. The
enterprise name means ―baking with love‖. They choose this kind of name because it fits
the product that they served, which is cupcake. They also make sure that their

The target consumers of the enterprise are household that have children with

willing to purchase the product at an affordable price.
Parents who are experiencing difficulties feeding their children with healthy
snacks or food are also included in the scope of the target market. The enterprise’s
product will serve as healthy alternative dessert that compliments the children’s taste.
The targetmarket appeals to people of all ages, children to adults, who are interested in
purchasingdesserts and snacks, particularly cupcakes.
The enterprise will sell and distribute the product within the scope of chosen
Barangays of District 5, Quezon City. (Barangay Capri, Greater Lagro, Gulod,
Nagkaisang- Nayon, and San Agustin).
Cuisson Mon Amour's cupcakes are made with healthy ingredients that are essential
to the customer's well-being and enable them to meet all of their needs. The enterprise's
goal is to satisfy its customers by providing additional flavors to provide cupcakes with a
different taste for customers to enjoy while still receiving the same health benefits from
the main ingredient of the original SweTato Cupcake (sweet potato leaves flavor).
Furthermore, the enterprise's product needs to meet the demands of its consumers,
particularly when the customers are in the mood for some snacks. It should also be able to
offer desserts, particularly for events and occasions that are very noteworthy. Therefore,
the enterprise came to develop several varieties of their delectable SweTato Cupcakes by
adding icings (such as chocolate, cheese, and ube flavor) and by adding toppings that not
only children but everyone would admire and enjoy eating.
