Executive Summary
Fruits, based on many researches, consists of many
essential and necessary vitamins for a human body, including dietary fiber,
potassium, Vitamin C and such. There is no fruit that has cholesterol in it,
meaning fruits also helps to support blood circulation and pressure.
Fruity Bitamina is a creative version of a snack bar where in it
serves an artistic and delicious desserts mainly made from fresh fruits.
Based on the research conducted by Harvard University, eating dark
chocolates, one-to-three times a month prevents heart failure. Measured
eating any kind of chocolates will help to lose weight. Some creatively
prepared recipes were combined with dark chocolates, cheese, cream,
condensed milk and even fresh milk. Cheese is a source of conjugated-
linoleic acid. It is a fat that have an anti-cancer, helps in reducing weight
and prevents heart failure. While controlled and measured amount of
cream and milk is essential for our body because it produces calcium.
The external phase of Fruity Bitamina will be fully-painted by a
black color. Contradicting to this, the interphase will be in a colorful
manner that will purposely shock the customers in the sudden change of
moods. The restaurant will cover a space that can accommodate a
cashier’s desk, the kitchen, and 8 tables with 4 chairs paired on it. At the
back of the building, the storage room will be placed. Adding a television
and an internet connection will also be planned because the satisfaction of
the customers from the foods served to the services provided is a key that
the owners tend to achieve to open the door of success.
Cleanliness and safety will be prioritized in this restaurant to ensure
the health of the customers, staffs and even the owners itself.
Corresponding to these, the restaurant itself will run from 9:00 A.M to 7:00
P.M, and have 2 hours prior from opening time for start-up inventory and
food preparation. Latter to closing time, one-hour inventory and cleaning
will be conducted to ensure the quality and quantity of the ingredients and
the equipment used for the business purposes.
“There is no age-limit for someone to acquire vitamins or even
nutrients”, with this, it can figuratively define the target customers of the
business. A child, an adult, a senior, or either anyone to simply elaborate.
With the product that will be served and the mood created by the good-
quality interphase of the restaurant, the business will surely suffice any
customers at their certain ages.

Nowadays, our world is facing a different problem. Pandemic &


climate change is one of major problem that our country’s facing right now.
Water is not enough to get rid of the hot temperature of surroundings.
Medicines and any oral supplements is not enough to get safe from
pandemic. We cannot denied the fact that the Filipino people is strong no
matter how complicated the situation is.

Fruits is one of the most vitamin provider in our body, A good


source of vitamins and minerals including folate, vitamin C and potassium.
It is excellent source of dietary fibre, which can help to maintain a healthy
gut and prevent constipation and other digestion and other digestion
problems. A diet high in fibre can also reduce your risk of bowel cancer.

Some of the country like United states, North America, Europe,


Asia-Pacific, South America, Middle East, and Africa are eating fresh fruit
as their main dish. With this factor, our management come up with a plan
that focuses on target market’s position. Not just providing a meal that
can make them full but also providing a snack that can help them to
generate their nutrition. With the price range of P 50 – P 300 it is enough
for them to have a well nutritious foods and can be enjoy at home. It can
be dine in, take out and also it can be deliver in your home depends on
the customers wants. Because we also ensure the safetyness or our

Name of the Business

It was name Fruity Bitamina after Covid 19. During the lockdown
we aren't able to go outside because of quarantine. We’re not able to buy
a fruit or to go outside because of the lockdown. Fruit is the only thing that
can give us a nutrient that we need during the pandemic. Now we
surpassed the pandemic we are now free, we come up with a plan that
can fulfill the edacity of every Pilipino people that has hunger in nutrients
to avoid the virus. Now that we overcome the pandemic, Fruity Bitamina
still offering a goods that can help our immune system and also to have a
more sustainable health.

Nature of the Business

This business is a partnership that consist of one owner and one


co-owner. It was build by the money came from the pocket of the founder.
A well sanitized and cleaned establishment that is located in front of the
National Bookstore near in

St. Clare college. The product that were selling is more on healthy and
affordable that can also help the consumers.

National Bookstore. As we observed in the location there is no food
establishments that offer fruitful and sweetest food. Besides, there’s a lot
of student in the area which is they can patronize our product and also our

other food establishments that offer a food. It was somehow different with
the fast-food like Jollibee, Mcdonalds, Greenwich, KFC , etc. but we
are sure that it will boom in the market and it will patronize by the students,
not just by the students but also the workers and commuters that is near in
the establishment because that is new to their taste. Though Burgers,
fries, milk teas and other trendy food was the competitor of this business.
We come up with the plan that our business would be unique and
enjoyable by any age, gender and any status in life.

Based on our research Brgy. 174 has 25,000 population during the
2020 census. There is a chances that our business can obtain a customer
that will patronize our business. In 25,000 population we can say that half
of the population can pass in our establishment. Students, shoppers,
commuters , office workers and other types of person can pass through.
Let say the more population that your target location have, the more
chances of success.

This generation is prefer to have a new taste of food that can post
online. We cant denied the fact that this generation was consumed by
technology and that technology can helps this business to known by other

WAITRESSES AND WAITERS Take orders and serve foods and beverages to
patrons at table in dining establishment.

CASHIERS To receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or


automatic debits.

DISHWASHER: To ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables,


washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.

CHEFS Responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing


high-quality dishes. Chefs also should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff.

LEAD CHEFS Lead chef or lead cook is normally a supervisory position in a


kitchen. Depending on the organization, this person is likely not considered a full-
fledged kitchen manager or chef.

Verbal/Oral Reprimand

- Superior will have a one-on-one meeting with the subordinate to give a


warning, they will also discuss the problem with the possible consequence
the subordinate might receive and the means on how to improve. The
superior shall make a written report of the oral reprimand for the
employee's 201 file.

Written Warning/Reprimand

- This is a document form that will be sent to the employee. It states the
offense committed by the employee and the warning that repetition of the
same offense will be dealt more severely. A copy is furnished to the
offender, his/her superior and employee's 201 file.

Suspension

- Employee will be temporarily stop carrying work. The suspended


employee will not be able to receive any pay and benefits during the
suspension.

Dismissal

- After being suspended, repetition of same offense or poses of serious


threat to the life or property of the store or co-employees will immidiately
dismiss the employee.
