Executive Summary
Fruits, based on many researches, consists of many
essential and necessary vitamins for a human body, including dietary fiber,
potassium, Vitamin C and such. There is no fruit that has cholesterol in it,
meaning fruits also helps to support blood circulation and pressure.
Fruity Bitamina is a creative version of a snack bar where in it
serves an artistic and delicious desserts mainly made from fresh fruits.
Based on the research conducted by Harvard University, eating dark
chocolates, one-to-three times a month prevents heart failure. Measured
eating any kind of chocolates will help to lose weight. Some creatively
prepared recipes were combined with dark chocolates, cheese, cream,
condensed milk and even fresh milk. Cheese is a source of conjugated-
linoleic acid. It is a fat that have an anti-cancer, helps in reducing weight
and prevents heart failure. While controlled and measured amount of
cream and milk is essential for our body because it produces calcium.
The external phase of Fruity Bitamina will be fully-painted by a
black color. Contradicting to this, the interphase will be in a colorful
manner that will purposely shock the customers in the sudden change of
moods. The restaurant will cover a space that can accommodate a
cashier’s desk, the kitchen, and 8 tables with 4 chairs paired on it. At the
back of the building, the storage room will be placed. Adding a television
and an internet connection will also be planned because the satisfaction of
the customers from the foods served to the services provided is a key that
the owners tend to achieve to open the door of success.
Cleanliness and safety will be prioritized in this restaurant to ensure
the health of the customers, staffs and even the owners itself.
Corresponding to these, the restaurant itself will run from 9:00 A.M to 7:00
P.M, and have 2 hours prior from opening time for start-up inventory and
food preparation. Latter to closing time, one-hour inventory and cleaning
will be conducted to ensure the quality and quantity of the ingredients and
the equipment used for the business purposes.
“There is no age-limit for someone to acquire vitamins or even
nutrients”, with this, it can figuratively define the target customers of the
business. A child, an adult, a senior, or either anyone to simply elaborate.
With the product that will be served and the mood created by the good-
quality interphase of the restaurant, the business will surely suffice any
customers at their certain ages.

Marketing Analysis
Fruity Bitamina was new to the market and not that same with the
other food establishments that offer a food. It was somehow different with
the fast-food like Jollibee, Mcdonalds, Greenwich, KFC , etc. but we
are sure that it will boom in the market and it will patronize by the students,
not just by the students but also the workers and commuters that is near in
the establishment because that is new to their taste. Though Burgers,
fries, milk teas and other trendy food was the competitor of this business.
We come up with the plan that our business would be unique and
enjoyable by any age, gender and any status in life.
Market Size
Based on our research Brgy. 174 has 25,000 population during the
2020 census. There is a chances that our business can obtain a customer
that will patronize our business. In 25,000 population we can say that half
of the population can pass in our establishment. Students, shoppers,
commuters , office workers and other types of person can pass through.
Let say the more population that your target location have, the more
chances of success.
This generation is prefer to have a new taste of food that can post
online. We cant denied the fact that this generation was consumed by
technology and that technology can helps this business to known by other
people. This business cannot be seen in the sidewalks, food cart or any
small business in your neighborhood it is not common to find. We can
assure that the customers will go back to the store and promote our
product because it is new and they are not familiar wit it. Another thing in
23
ST. CLARE COLLEGE OF CALOOCAN
this business is; the customer doesn’t need to spend a lot of money to
have a fruitful and enjoyable food. In your P30 you can have your snack.
