Agreement For Admission & Counselling Services

This Admissions & Counseling Services Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is made as on this date
of____2024 by and between JETGI having its registered office at-through its authorized
representative ,………………………………………… ,here in after referred to as “JITGI”) which
expression shall, unless the context so admits, include its successors and assigns of the
First Party; and

……………………………………..,having its registered office at…………………………………….through its

authorized representative,KPS,(herein referred to as “ABC” which expression shall, unless
the context so admits, include its successors and permitted assigns of the Second Party.

WHEREAS, JETGI Institute is an educational service providing entity engaged in Teaching,

Training and other academic services.

Now, therefore, in consideration and the mutual promises and assurances set forth herein,
the Parties agree as follows:

1. TERM AND TENURE

The term of this Agreement will commence on the date of this Agreement and will
continue for a period of1 (One) Academic Session (2024-25) at which time the term of this
Agreement will automatically expire unless the Institute notifies to Achievers in writing at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term of its desire to renew
the Agreement, subject to the written acceptance of the same.
Where both Parties agree to renew the Agreement, they shall negotiate the terms of the
Agreement in good faith and execute a fresh agreement.

2. CO-OPERATION ANDSUPPORT

The Partners agree to do such further acts and to execute and deliver such additional
documents as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose and
intent of this Agreement.

3. EXCLUSIVITY.

During the term of this Agreement, in recognition of the reputation of Party-1underthis

Agreement, Party-2 agrees not to share the material stuff with any other Institute for the
creation of such ventures/visuals during the term of Agreement, without the prior written
consent from Party-1.Party-2shall not undertake any activity envisaged in this Agreement
or such other activity which may jeopardize the interest of Party-1. In case of failure to do
so, Party-1reserves the right to terminate the Agreement forthwith without serving any
prior notice and without prejudice to any other remedies under law.

4. FINANCIALS.

1. The Partner1shall be entitled for the realization of Fee directly from the students or
agreed between the parties in the manner given below.

Admission & Counseling Fee Sharing:The mode and Time is to be determined on the basis
of fee submission and batch commencement dates. The terms of sharingare as under:
1--B.Tech. : The incentive amount of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
2- MBA. : The incentive amount of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter called
ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student during
the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
3- B.PHARM. : The incentive amount of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
4- D.PHARM. : The incentive amount of Rs. 5,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
5- POLYTECHNIC. : The incentive amount of Rs. 3,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
6- ITI. : The incentive amount of Rs. 2,000/* shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter called
ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student during
the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
7- B.A& B.COM. : The incentive amount of Rs. 800/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
8- PG.DIPLOMA. : The incentive amount of Rs. 5,000/- shall be paid to Party-2 (hereinafter
called ABC) or incentive shall be paid in proportion to the Fee submitted by the student
during the course of the academic session or duration of the course.
9-Mode of Payment shall be online to the account of Party-2 after deduction of applicable
taxes from time to time.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY.
During the term of this Agreement and surviving its expiration or termination, both the
Parties will regard and preserve as confidential all confidential information along with all
data of the students or the contents of this agreement.

6. TERMINATION

a. Either Party may immediately terminate this Agreement should the other Party
breach any of its representations or obligations hereunder unless such breach is
cured to the satisfaction of the non-breaching Party after fifteen (15) days written
notice thereof.

b. This Agreement shall stand terminated upon the expiry of the Term unless renewed
as per Clause 1 of the Agreement.

9. NON SOLICITATION

The Party-2shall during the Term of this Agreement and for a period of an
Academic Year thereafter, directly or indirectly, not hire or attempt to hire for any
purpose whatsoever (whether as an employee, consultant, advisor, independent
contractor or otherwise) any employee of Party-1.It is clarified that the term Party
 for the purposes of this clause shall mean and include its associated colleges under
the trust or any other associated entity.

10. GENERAL

All notices hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given uponpersonal
delivery or when sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, returnreceipt requested,
