Please see overleaf for detailed arrangements and note the following points: (1) _ Students must join the activity in neat PE. uniform. (2) Students should arrive at the assemble and dismissal venue punctually (3) The activity fee is fully funded by the school (4) The attendance of the activity is mandatory. Students who are unable to join the activity due to special reasons must submit a parent letter and supporting documents to the schoo! for prior approval by 18 March 2024 (Mon). (5) Students who are unable to attend the activity due to illness should submit a leave application with medical certificate by 8 April 2024 (Mon).
