Based on my review of the proposed research by Krisfate M. Delos Santos, I give permission for
her to conduct the study entitled “Rehabilitation of Sasmuan Bangkung Malapad: Wetland
Reserve Through Eco - Parametric Architecture.” within the location of the site, SBMCHEA.
As part of this study, I authorize the researcher(s) to study the area based on the data collected
and research findings, site analysis and development, planning and designing of supporting
structures.

We understand that our organization’s responsibilities include: the following, as applicable: rules
and regulations that are required to abide. We reserve the right to withdraw from the study at any
time if our circumstances change.

We understand that the research will include a development that would help the eco-tourism of
the area with the propose structures and recreational activities.
