‫) َو َج َع ْلنَا ِم ْن َبي ِْن‬8( َ‫ان فَ ُه ْم ُم ْق َم ُحون‬ ِ َ‫ي ِإلَى ْاْل َ ْذق‬ َ ‫) ِإ َّنا َج َع ْلنَا ِفي أ َ ْعنَا ِق ِه ْم أ َ ْغ ََل ًَل فَ ِه‬7( َ‫ُيؤْ ِمنُون‬
‫علَ ْي ِه ْم أَأ َ ْنذَ ْرتَ ُه ْم أ َ ْم لَ ْم‬
َ ‫س َواء‬ َ ‫) َو‬9( َ‫ْص ُرون‬ ِ ‫ش ْينَا ُه ْم فَ ُه ْم ََل يُب‬َ ‫سدًّا فَأ َ ْغ‬ َ ‫سدًّا َو ِم ْن خ َْل ِف ِه ْم‬
َ ‫أ َ ْيدِي ِه ْم‬
‫ب فَ َب ِش ْرهُ ِب َم ْغ ِف َرةٍ َوأَجْ ٍر‬ ِ ‫الرحْ َمنَ ِب ْالغَ ْي‬
َّ ‫ي‬ َ ‫الذ ْك َر َو َخ ِش‬
ِ ‫) إِ َّن َما ت ُ ْنذ ُِر َم ِن اتَّ َب َع‬10( َ‫ت ُ ْنذ ِْر ُه ْم ََل يُؤْ ِمنُون‬
‫ص ْينَاهُ فِي ِإ َم ٍام‬ َ ْ‫ش ْيءٍ أح‬ َ ‫ار ُه ْم َو ُك َّل‬ َ َ‫ب َما قَ َّد ُموا َوآَث‬ ُ ُ ‫) ِإ َّنا نَحْ ُن نُحْ ِيي ْال َم ْوتَى َو َن ْكت‬11( ‫َك ِر ٍيم‬
)12( ‫ين‬ ٍ ‫ُم ِب‬
1. Ya Sin.
2. By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,
3. Thou art indeed one of the apostles,
4. On a Straight Way.
5. It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
6. In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no
admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah.
7. The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe.
8. We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are
forced up (and they cannot see).
9. And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have
covered them up; so that they cannot see.
10. The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them:
they will not believe.
11. Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord)
Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and
a Reward most generous.
12. Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and
that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear
Book (of evidence).

Umar bin Al Khattab reported the Apostle of Allaah(‫ )ﷺ‬as saying “Actions are to be judged only
by intentions and a man will have only what he intended. When one’s emigration is to Allaah and
His Apostle, his emigration is to Allaah and His Apostle but his emigration is to a worldly end at
which he aims or to a woman whom he marries , his emigration is to that for which he emigrated.
