D. SELECT # 1 B-AMP PARAMETER 5

E. PAGE DOWN TO 2ND PAGE AND SCROLL TO PARAMETER #0011 M.0 5
F. ENGAGE EMERGENCY STOP 6
CHANGE PARAMETER 0011 M.0 TO A 0 6
H. PAGE DOWN 2 MORE PAGES AND THEN SCROLL TO 0041 M SETTING 600 7
I. CHANGE M=600 TO A VALUE OF 5 OR LESS 7
J. TURN MACHINE POWER OFF 8
K. RELEASE EMERGENCY STOP AND TURN MACHINE BACK ON 8
L. AFTER POWER IS RESTORED, PRESS THE DOOR / SHUTTER OPEN AND CLOSED KEY WHILE
PRESSING THE STANDBY KEY. 9
M. PRESS THE MDI KEY 10
N. NOW THE MAGAZINE WILL MOVE USING THE X AXIS + AND -KEYS. 10
O. USE ALIGNMENT TOOL TO LOCATE MAGAZINE TO PROPER POSITION 11

2) Step by Step Instructions on Re-Teaching the Magazine

Open the ATC Shutter using M Code 920. Then from Any Screen on
the Machine, Press the OPER / MAINTE Soft Key.

From this Screen select System F4 Soft, Key. This will take you to
the Maintenance Screen.

From the Maintenance Screen Select Option #16 Peripherals

Page Down to 2nd Page and Scroll to Parameter #0011 M.0

ENGAGE EMERGENCY STOP

Change Parameter 0011 M.0 to a 0

Change M=600 to a Value of 5 or Less

Turn Machine Power Off

Release Emergency Stop and Turn Machine Back On

After Power is Restored, Press the DOOR / SHUTTER OPEN AND

CLOSED Key while Pressing the STANDBY Key.

Press the MDI Key

Now the Magazine will move using the X-Axis + and -Keys.

Use Alignment Tool to Locate Magazine To Proper Position

Once the Alignment Tool Slips Easily through the Hole, the Magazine is back at its origin.

Turn the Power Off

Engage the EMERGENCT STOP BUTTON

Turn Power On

Set Parameters back to Original State. 0011.0 = 1 / 0041=600

Turn Power Off

Release EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON

Turn Power on.

Close ATC Shutter Door Using M Code 921.
