A. Read the text then answer the questions.

Menemen is delicious and fast-prepared Turkish meal. It is popular at breakfast but people also have it at lunch
because it is easy to make. Also, it is very popular dish among vegetarians. Lets look at its recipe.

-4 or5 tomatoes -2 tablespoon of butter - some parsley

-5 or 6 green peppers - 2 onions
-2 eggs - salt, black pepper

First peel and chop the onions. Next, cut the peppers. Following that put the butter into a pan and melt it. Then
put the onions and peppers into the pan and stir it. Meanwhile grate the tomatoes into a bowl. When the peppers
and onions become tender pour the tomotoes into the mixture and stir approximately 10 minutes. Then add
some salt and black pepper. Finally, crack to eggs into the pan and cook it two minutes. Your meal is ready. You
can also chop some parsley and add onto the dish for a better look.
