 Report format and specification:
o Header : DCS5144 Introduction to Information Systems (center), 8pt
o Footer : Page Number (right), 8pt
o Font : Times New Roman, 12pt, Black
o Paragraph Alignment : Justify
o Content : In bullets and numbering (not in lengthy sentences, point form) and
present in a creative manner (can include Chart, SmartArt, Shapes, Video or
Audio)
 Minimum number of slides for the report is NOT MORE THAN 15 slides (not including
group information and table of contents slides).
 Upload the PowerPoint to either YouTube, Blendspace or Padlet and provide the link at
Assignment Evaluation form.
 Submit Assignment Evaluation form before 5pm 6th February 2020 (Thursday – Week
12).

evaluate your Assignment.
