DCS5144 INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
SYSTEMS

1. Introduction
 This presentation will test the student’s presentation skills to present the content by
applying computing skills and knowledge in producing an informative and
engaging video content to capture audience attention.

2. Learning Outcome
 Discuss integrated information system in an organization verbally. (Affective
Domain, Level 2).

3. Group Formation and Marks

 This is a GROUP PRESENTATION.
 Group member will be based on the Group Assignment.
 This presentation will contribute 10% towards the overall coursework mark.

4. Presentation Submission
 Date: 06/02/2020 (Thursday) Week 12
 Time: Before 5.00p.m.

5. Deliverables
 Vlog.
 Use any available video capturing tool/software to record your Vlog based on the
assignment.
 Length of Vlog should be 10 – 15 minutes (Minimum 10 minutes, Maximum 15
minutes).
 You may use your own creativity to do the Vlog.
 The Vlog must be uploaded in YouTube with title ʺDCS5144 1920 Assignment Group
Numberʺ.
 The link to the Vlog should be stated in the ʺPresentation Evaluationʺ form.
o Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFH7EGCsxv4
o Submit the presentation evaluation form to MMLS ʺPresentation
Submissionʺ, under assignment tab.

6. Requirement of the Vlog

 Introduction of group members and main topic.
 Content based on individual segment.
 Creativity and usage of multimedia elements.
 Fluency of narration.
 Video quality.
 Sound and voice quality.
 All members need to be part of the Vlog presenter and creator.
 Credit page: Team members’ information as shown in sample below (Figure 1):
