HOLY FACE SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL

Resolution No. I : Prohibition of Bystanders

WHEREAS the Supreme Student Council agreed upon the prohibition of bystanders on the 1 st day of
March 2024. This is done to protect school facilities for our students, teachers and staffs to use on a daily basis. This
rule and regulation are to be obeyed by all students, outsiders and strict action will be taken against those who fail to
abide by these restrictions.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:

1. Unless with purpose, students from any GRADE LEVEL, STRAND and SECTION cannot stay inside the
school library. Food and drinks are also prohibited within this facility to ensure cleanliness and safety of
the learning materials.

2. The organization also prohibits hanging out on hallways at lecture hours to ensure a productive learning
schedule and to avoid cutting classes. Unless with a CLASS PASS, students cannot go outside their
respective classroom (except within break time).

3. Entering the school clinic and guidance office without a cause is also prohibited. This is to ensure that the
clinic is used for medical purposes only and can cater students who truly need it.

Resolution No. II : Prohibition of Gambling

WHEREAS the Supreme Student Council agreed upon the prohibition of gambling on the 1 st day of March
2024. This is done to protect our students from addiction and wrong use of money. This rule and regulation are to be
obeyed by all students and strict action will be taken against those who fail to abide by these restrictions.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:

1. Playing cards of any kind Is prohibited to use if and only if there is money involved. This is to ensure our
students would not to be addicted on this playing scheme

2. Any caught violators can be brought upon the Student Discipline Office by any Student Council Officer,
Society Officer and Classroom officer to ensure proper use of power and counseling.

CIRCULATORY MEMORANDUM OF THE PRESIDENT

Resolution No. III : Implementation of Random Inspection

WHEREAS the Supreme Student Council agreed upon the Implementation of Random Inspection on the
1st day of March 2024. This is done to protect our students from smuggled contrabands (e. g. Liquors, Cigars, Guns,
Sharp Objects etc.).This rule and regulation are to be obeyed by all students and strict action will be taken against
those who fail to abide by these restrictions.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:

1. The Student Discipline Office together with the Supreme Student Council may conduct weekly, daily,
and/or monthly random inspection to ensure student’s safety and to protect school integrity.

2. Any violators will be brought upon the school guidance counselor for proper discussion. Punishment will
vary depending on the frequency and the rules of misconduct by the Student Discipline Office
