Subject: Strict Implementation of No ID, No Entry Policy

Dear Parents and Students,

Greetings!

We are writing to inform you of an important policy that will be strictly implemented at Systems
Plus Computer College effective immediately: the "No ID, No Entry" policy.

As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all students and staff within our
premises, it is imperative that everyone entering the school presents a valid identification card.
This policy is not only a standard practice in educational institutions but also a crucial measure
in maintaining a secure environment conducive to learning.

We kindly request your full cooperation and support in adhering to this policy. Here are some
key points to remember:

No ID, No Entry: Students are required to wear and visibly display their identification cards at
all times while on campus. Any individual without a valid ID will not be permitted to enter the
college premises. Hence, repeatedly non wearing of ID in the campus is subject for minor
disciplinary measure under student handbook classification 3.

Safety and Security: This policy is implemented with the safety and security of our students
and staff in mind. By strictly enforcing the "No ID, No Entry" rule, we can better monitor and
regulate access to our facilities.

Responsibility of Students: We urge students to take responsibility for their identification

cards. Lost or damaged IDs should be reported immediately to the school administration for
replacement. Such as:
a. Write a letter stating the reason for not having the ID then report and submit the letter
to the Discipline Coordinator to obtain a temporary ID.
b. If the ID is missing, report the loss to the OPD/Discipline Coordinator. A temporary ID
valid for one week shall be issued. Permanent loss of the ID requires the
pupil/student to reapply for a new one with a corresponding fee.

Parental Support: We seek the support of parents in reinforcing the importance of carrying and
presenting a valid ID at all times. Your partnership in emphasizing this policy to your children will
greatly contribute to its effectiveness.

Exceptions: In certain cases, such as emergencies or special circumstances, exceptions to this

policy may be granted at the discretion of school authorities. However, such instances will be
rare and must be properly justified.

We believe that the strict implementation of the "No ID, No Entry" policy will contribute to a safer
and more secure learning environment for everyone at Systems Plus Computer College. Your
cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.

look forward to your continued support.
