Teachers and trainers can better adapt past curricular and teaching
strategiestotheneedsandinterestsofstudentsbytakingintoaccountwhatthey
result from this. Through an analysis of these student’s lived eperiences,
pursuing their interest. This can facilitate the creation of resourcesandsupport
networks to deal with these issues, enabling a more seamless entry into job
opportunitiesintheAccountancy,BusinessandManagement(ABM)strand.
The results of this study provide valuable insight into the aspiration and
expectations of the next generation of Grade 11 ABM. This study provides
