How to create new Sap id?

1. Login SAP administration in SAP GUI

2. Type T-code SU01
3. Type new user name in user box
4. Click on create option or Press F8.
5. In address tab – update users information
Title
Last Name
First Name
Department
Mobile Phone
Email ID
6. Click on logon data tab – Type password
7. Defaults Tab: Decimal Notation, change as per your requirement
8. Role Tab: add user role
9. Lenience Data tab: select license as per our requirement
10. Click save on option.
