Priority Enrollment begins – Spring 2024 Nov. 6 8 a.m.
First day back from winter break for staff. Fee bills and student payment plans are Jan. 2
available.
Late Enrollment begins ($35 late fee will be assessed to students enrolling late). Jan. 3
Students enter into a payment plan or pay tuition/fees may re-enroll for classes using Jan. 12
JNet. Will be assessed a Late Payment Fee ($35) and a Late Enrollment Fee ($35).
Class availability is not guaranteed.
Enforced Withdrawal or Academic Suspension - students who have not obtained Jan. 16
permission to continue studies will be dropped from all courses.
Blackboard access available for students Jan. 16

First Class Day of all Saturday students Jan. 20
5th Class Day (drops for non-payment). Percentage of tuition & fees will be owed. Jan. 23 5 p.m.
5th Class Day Drop reinstatement requests ($100 fee will be assessed to students Jan. 24 –
requesting reinstatement). Students must complete the Request for Course Jan. 29 5 p.m.
Reinstatement form and submit to Registrar’s Office to be reinstated in classes
originally dropped from (5th Class Day).

12th Class day--Census Date Feb. 1 5 p.m.
Students who did not pay in full or make payment arrangements will be dropped Feb. 2 8 a.m.
from all classes. Percentage of tuition & fees will be owed. (13th Class Day Drop)
20th Class day Feb. 13
Non-Funded Late Enrollment deadline to submit form Feb. 13 5 p.m.
Mid Semester Point Mar. 12
Title IV 60% of Semester Mar. 28
