We would like to request you to collect your original passport from Visa Application centre Lahore in order to obtain the
TB certificate from concern office.

Furthermore, please return your original passport to the Visa Application Centre Lahore as soon as you have obtained the
TB certificate from the related authorities.

Note: Please take print out of this email and present at the Visa Application Centre to allow them to release your
passport.

Please quote the reference number (GWF074434302) in all your correspondence and provide us with the required
documents at the earliest to enable us to process your visa application.

Please note that a certified English translation is required if any of the documents are not in English.

If you are unable to provide us with any of the above-mentioned documents, then a brief explanation is required in
writing.

IMPORTANT: The size of your email should not exceed 6 MBs, or you can send the documents in multiple emails.
