-Further research needs to be carried out in many more public institutions and
government ministries in the country for more generalized results.

EFFECT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSTRAINTS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF
PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS IN ISIOLO COUNTY, KENYA
-Similar study should be conducted with other variables that affect the project
management constraints and the implementation of county funded public
housing construction projects of the other projects in different sectors.
-This study was also conducted in Isiolo County in Kenya and data was collected in
that County projects only. This study recommends that a similar study should be
conducted in other counties in Kenya in order to come up with a variety of
outcomes.
TOPIC 4
FACTORS AFFECTING COST OVERRUNS IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS A CASE OF
KENYA NATIONAL HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY
-Similar study should be undertaken in other construction organizations in order
to find out if similar factors lead to cost overruns.
-Further studies should also be carried out to identify other factors affecting cost
overruns in construction projects.

EFFECT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE
ROAD PROJECTS IN KENYA: A CASE STUDY OF ROAD CONRACTORS IN KIAMBU
COUNTY
-It is recommended that further studies be conducted in other County
government across the country and consider other factors that might influence
project performance.
-Further research should be conducted in all building firms and construction to
investigate into the challenges facing project implementation. The same study
should also be conducted in other types of organizations
