TYPES OF SYLLABUS
1. The Structural Syllabus
It is one in which the language teaching material selects the modes and frameworks of the
language being taught, normally grammatical. Examples of structure include nouns,
verbs, adjectives, statements, questions, complex sentences, subordinate clauses, and past
tense. At the same time, other elements of language form, such as grammar or
morphology, can be found in formal syllabi.
