Code of Conduct for the teachers

 10 Emergency leaves in a year.


 1 month paid summer holidays in either June, July, August (subject to confirmation)
 Teachers are entitled to earned summer holidays who joined school at least 5 months
prior to summer holiday.
 10 days winter break from December last week to January first week (exact dates to be
announced later).
 3 Eid holidays (subject to moon sighting)
 Teachers’ reporting time 10 minutes before school time, i.e._______
Any teacher coming after ______will be marked late. 3 late attendances will be
counted as 1 leave.
 Teachers’ departure time shall be 10 minutes after the school time, i.e._____. Any
departure before time will not be allowed.
 In case a teacher leaves 3 days before time then it will be treated as 1 day leave
 Duty teachers will leave 30 minutes after school time.
 Both attendance and departure will be marked in register.
 Use of cell phones not allowed during class time. 3 warnings in a month will be
treated as 1 leave. (record to be maintained )
 English, Urdu, Math coordinators to assist in lesson planning.
 Lesson plans to be submitted on Friday before leaving school, to be checked by the
principal and returned on Monday morning.
 3 delays in a month will be treated as 1 leave.
 Copy checking, planned and surprise class observation to check that the lesson plans
are diligently followed.
 Assembly, Break and after school duty roster to be strictly adhered to. 3 missed duties
or late to duties will be considered as 1 leave.
 Weekly quiz, Monthly tests and progress report to be submitted on time.
 3 missed deadlines or late submissions in a month will be treated as 1 leave.
 Teachers are not allowed to give tuitions to any students belonging to school.
 If it is found out then 1 warning will be issued. In case it still continues then the
teacher maybe asked to resign or any other disciplinary action with be taken.
 Use of foul language or disrespect to the students or to hit a student, even a gesture of
hitting is strictly forbidden.
 If teacher is found to use foul language or disrespect students or hit a student, even
gesture of hitting, 1 warning will be issued. In case it is found out again then the
teacher will be asked to resign.
 In case of 1 to 1 remedial classes or communication online saien and the principal has
to be included in that communication.

 Assembly, break and after school duty record
 Copy checking and class observation record
 Lesson plan submission record
 Absentee and uninformed leave record
 Weekly quiz and Monthly test and progress report submission record
 A register for the Issuance of warnings to be maintained and confidentiality to be
ensured at all times
