The firefighter’s job is traditionally most common for men/ done by men. Firefighter’s
main responsibilities are that they have to take part in putting out the fire immediately.
They must also evacuate the residents from the areas on fire and rescue them and their
possessions from death. Besides knowledge and methods of fire prevention and
extinguishment, firefighters need both physical and mental strength to implement all the
challenging and dangerous tasks and have the ability to work long hours under pressure. In
addition, it is vital that a firefighter work with a team, so he / she needs good teamwork and
communication skills. Although it is traditionally seen as a male job, the number of women
firefighters is increasing now. Women are as physically and mentally strong as men, and
they can participate in preventing and extinguishing fire. In summary, women can make

Young Vietnamese people have gained three main benefits of Viet Nam becoming a member of
different international organisations / since Viet Nam became a member of different international
organisations .First, they get/ are getting better health care now. UNICEF, for example, has a lot
of programmes to make sure all children get vaccinated to avoid some diseases. Second, the
quality
of education has also improved. Now Viet Nam has a lot of education programmes which are as
good as regional and international ones. This gives teenagers opportunities to get access to
advanced knowledge or exchange education programmes in other countries. Finally, various
career choices are also open to teenagers these days. They are no longer limited to only state-
owned organisations or family-owned businesses. Instead, they may choose to work for global,
local or private companies, depending / which depends on their abilities and preferences. In short,
international organisations have definitely brought more advantages to young people/ teenagers/
students in Viet Nam.
