Subject–Application for a Long Term student Visa for Germany

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

By way of introduction, I Divyant Raj an Indian citizen bearing passport number X5505134 and I am
writing in lieu of issue of long term Student Visa. You will be pleased to know that after successful
completion of my All India Senior School Certificate Examination, 12 th Class from Army
Public School Command Hospital Lucknow Up affiliated to Central Board of Secondary
Education in the Year of 2023. I have secured admission Studienkolleg T KURS that Starts from A2
level at MDWI AG after successful completion of Studienkolleg TKURS I will pursue my Bachelor
in Computer Science from Otto Von Guericke University, Magdeburg, Germany.I shall pursue my
program from 2023 till 2027.

In the light of the above, I kindly request you to issue me a long term student visa to facilitate my stay in
Germany for the aforesaid period. I have annexed the following documents with my application and I am
hopeful that you will find my application complete in all aspects.

1. Two copies of long term visa form (resident permit form).

2. Two copies of declaration of true and complete Information.
3. Two photocopies of complete passport.
4. Two Copies of APS certificate.
5. Two copies of letter of confirmation Studienkolleg T KURS that Starts from A2 level at MDWI AG
after successful completion of Studienkolleg T KURS I will pursue my Bachelor in Computer
Science from Otto Von Guericke University, Magdeburg, Germany.
6. Two copies of proof of payment of study fee.
7. Two copies of Secondary, Senior Secondary Certificates.
8. Two copies of proof of language proficiency in English-IELTS.
9. Two copies of German Language Certificate.
10. Two copies of Curriculum Vitae.
11. Two copies of Letter of Motivation.
12. Two copies of Affidavit of Support from Parents, ITRs, Bank Statements, Liquid funds & Property
Evaluation Affidavit.
13. Two copies of Aadhaar Card and Pan Card of Sponsors.
14. Two copies of Sperrkonto in Germany.
15. Two copies of Travel Health Insurance.
16. Four Biometric photographs
