    Dear Sir/Madam, I am, ARBIL CHAKMA, would like to apply for Student Visa D-
    2 along with this letter. I got myself admitted at Kookmin University,
    Republic of Korea, in the graduate program of master’s degree in Electronics
    Engineering Department. The program spans for two years.

    As mentioned in the checklist, I have attached the following documents in

    1. Visa Application Form


    2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)
    3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.
    4. Photocopy of Valid Passport
    5. Valid Air-ticket Booking Slip
    6. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant
    7. Certificate of Admission (Original and Copied one) issued by Education
    Organization/University's Authority
    8. Letter of Guarantee
    9 National ID photocopy with translated copy
    10. Birth Certificate (Original and Copied one)
    11. Family Relationship Certificate issued by City Corporation or Union office
    12. Character Certificate
    13. Documents to prove the Applicant's own or Guarantor's Financial Capability to
    support his/her Academic/Living expenses
    14. Parents' No Objection Letter (NOC) regarding the Application and following
    residence abroad for study
    15. Mother's Bangladesh ID card photocopy with translated copy
    16. Father’s Bangladesh ID card photocopy with translated copy
    17. Police Clearance Certificate issued by Bangladesh Police
    18. All related Documents to prove Education Record Certifications with Transcript
    19. TB Test Result issued by Prescription Point Hospital (Road-12, Banani, Dhaka)
    20. Health Condition Report Form (Attached)
    21. Approved English score certificate within 2 years (IELTS)
    22. Covid-19 Vaccination completed certificate
    23. House contract
