1. The information contained in application no. 121441 dated
14/03/2022 for the equivalence of my degree is correct as per my knowledge. 2. That I have completed my Master of Engineering in chemical technology from Zhengzhou University during the period 01/09/2018 to 31/08/2021. 3. That the submitted copy of my CNIC with HEC is the copy of my original CNIC issued by NADRA, Pakistan. 4. That submitted copy of passport indicating visa, entry and exit in respective country for study duration is true to my knowledge and was issued to me by China as student visa. 5. That the translated copies documents submitted to HEC (in case of non- English documents) are true translation of original documents issued by university. 6. That I would be held accountable for disciplinary and legal proceedings for concealment of facts and forgery of academic documents submitted with this application. 7. That if at any stage, it is revealed that any of my academic document i.e. degree(s), Transcript(s), certificate(s) are FAKE/BOGUS or not in line with the HEC academic regulations, HEC Pakistan would have right to immediately cancel the equivalence letter issued to me. 8. That I have to follow the rules/regulations/steps stated in equivalence application form generated online.
