NIPER JEE 2020 Notice

All the candidates of NIPER JEE 2020 are hereby informed that, in view of the present COVID-19
Pandemic the NIPER Joint Counselling Committee (JCC) has decided to conduct Online Counselling
for admission to different Masters and PhD Programs. In view of this, the applicants are advised as:

1. Since, in the online counselling it is not possible to verify all original documents submitted by the
students it is decided that all the applicants:

i) Who have uploaded their educational certificates and

ii) Who belong to OBC/SC/ST/PH/EWS categories and uploaded the certificates of this concern along
with NIPER JEE 2020 application form are required to submit an notarized affidavit in original of this
concern (Pro-forma Annexure-1 Enclosed) at the time of their NIPER JEE 2020 Entrance Examination
at their respective centres.

2. Whose final year/semester examination have not been conducted by their respective
university/institutions or whose final year/semester result have not been declared yet, will be
allowed to participate in the NIPER JEE 2020 Counselling scheduled to be held in the first week of
October 2020. All such applicants have to submit a notarized affidavit in original of this concern
(Pro-forma Annexure-2 Enclosed) at the time of their NIPER JEE 2020 Entrance Examination at their
respective centres.

Applicants are advised to keep a scanned copy of above Annexure with them, as this will be
required for uploading at the time of NIPER JEE 2020 online counselling.

Detailed set of instructions / guidelines related to NIPER JEE 2020 online counselling will be issued
later on. Applicants are advised to visit www.niperahm.ac.in regularly.

1. My above mentioned name and address is true and correct.
2. I have a knowledge, that for admission in any course at NIPER, a physical verification/validation of
all the original certificates/documents is mandatory, but due to outbreak of pandemic (COVID-19)
the NIPER-JEE 2020 Committee has granted time for the physical verification/ validation of
certificates/documents for admission.
3. I have a knowledge, that my admission is subject to the submission and physical verification of
following certificates within the given time limit of ten working days from the seat allotment of 3rd
round of counselling, as notified by the NIPER-JEE Committee 2020 :-
a. Date of Birth Certificate.
b. Mark sheet of last attended examination/ qualifying examination.
c. Certificate claiming reservation under category, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH
d. Other documents mentioned in the information brochure of NIPER JEE 2020.
4. I understand, that till the time I submit above-mentioned certificates for physical
verification/validation, my admission shall be treated as provisional admission.
5. I declare, that in case I am unable to submit above mentioned certificates/documents for physical
verification/validation within the time limit that is notified by the NIPER-JEE 2020, I shall not claim
any equity on account of admission against the allotted seat. I also state that I am well aware of the
fact that my admission is completely subject to the physical verification/validation of my original
certificates otherwise my admission is liable to be cancelled & all the fees deposited by me shall be
forfeit.
6. I am agree, that if any falsified records are detected at any stage of admission or during the course
of study & even after I pass out my course, my admission to the course shall be liable to be
cancelled or the degree awarded by the NIPER shall be taken back, further, I will be debarred from
attending any course at NIPER for the next 05 (Five) years and in addition a criminal case under
relevant section(s) of law in force may be initiated against me.
7. I undertake, that I shall abide by the Rules & Regulations of the NIPER. I also hereby undertake
that I shall accept the decision of the NIPER-JEE Committee-2020 as final if the seat allotted to me
is taken back or if my admission is cancelled due to submission of incorrect certificates/non –
submission of certificates within the duration of time allotted as above, to furnish the same.

3. I undertake that the examination of the qualifying programme of study on the basis of which admission is
sought at NIPER is/shall be over before the commencement of first semester examination at NIPER of
programme of study in which admission is sought, otherwise I understand that my admission shall be
cancelled and the all the fees deposited by me shall be forfeit.
4. I undertake that in case I am not able to pass the above said qualifying examination with minimum
marks/percentage/CGPA required for the admission in the aforesaid course (as mentioned in the
information brochure of NIPERJEE 2020) at NIPER & not able to submit my result in the concerned office of
NIPER before the commencement of my first semester examination of the course in which I have sought
admission, otherwise I understand that my admission shall be cancelled and all the fees deposited by me
shall be forfeit.
5. I declare that I am seeking provisional admission due to not completion of examination of final
semester/year of qualifying degree/certificate or non-declaration of result of final semester/year of the
qualifying examination as on date of admission, as stated above.
6. I further declare that I will submit the result of qualifying degree/certificate as stated above, before the
commencement of Final Semester examination at respective NIPER, otherwise my provisional admission
shall be cancelled and full fees deposited by me shall be forfeited and no claim will be made by me.
7. That I have carefully gone through the rules regarding eligibility & provisional admission at NIPER and fully
understand that the provisional admission has been granted, solely on my request and in the event of my
failure to submit appropriate proof of my securing at least qualifying marks/ percentage/CGPA in qualifying
examination for admission to ………………………….. (Name of the Course) at NIPER under any condition
before the commencement of first semester examination, my admission shall be cancelled with forfeiture of
all the fees I have paid.
8. I have a knowledge that as per the norms of NIPER a fellowship is given to all successful candidates who
have granted admission in M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Pharm./ M.Tech. (Pharm.) / PhD programe through NIPER JEE
2020 counseling. I understand till date I do not submit my result of qualifying examination as per the NIPER
JEE 2020 norms. I would not be eligible for fellowship and further till that date I will not claim any fellowship
from the NIPER.
