MESSAGE

This annual report of the Barangay for the Calendar Year 2022 is submitted not only for purposes of local
government compliance but more importantly serves as a venue for generating valuable information of the
accomplishments and the needed enhancement of the overall competencies of the LGUs which is critical
component of the decentralization and local autonomy.

This annual report serves as a very useful reference for various stakeholders of the Philippine society in general
within the general jurisdiction of the LGU in particular.

Because of limited resources, the Barangay maximize the utilization of the LGU available funds. It prioritizes
Programs, Projects, Activities (PPAs) that promotes the general welfare of its citizens and uplift their living
conditions.

The barangay was able to implement the Programs Projects and Activities funded out of the 20% Barangay
Development Fund and which was identified in its Barangay Annual Investment Program.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Barangay was able to implement a total no. of _________________infrastructure projects funded out
of the 20% Barangay Development Fund (BDF), municipal fund and from other sources totalled to an amount of
Php__________________________. It was able to collect also an amount of
Php___________________________derived from local revenues that includes taxes, certifications, etc.

On administrative Services, the barangay was able to issue a total no. of _____________certifications and

On Health services, the barangay actively supported and assisted the Municipal Health Office in the

On the part of Barangay Council of the Protection of Children (BCPC) a total of _________children’s cases

The barangay was able to pass a total no. of 91 resolutions and 7 ordinances of various concerns.

For the year under review, when it comes to the BGPMS self-assessment tool, the Barangay got an overall
