ORAL ORDER

1. This matter is coming upon Board on 07.12.2023 as it was

adjourned on 09.11.2023. But, today, learned advocate Mr.Akhilesh Bhatt
has mentioned this matter for withdrawal. Therefore, this Court has
granted permission to circulate for withdrawal purpose.

2. Learned advocates have placed on record the purshish dated

20.11.2023 indicating therein that the plaintiff has settled the dispute
outside of this Court. The purshish is ordered to be taken on record.

3. In view of purshish filed by the plaintiff, the suit is disposed of as

withdrawn. Notice is discharged. The interim relief granted vide order
dated 13.10.2023 and IA order dated 27.10.2023 are hereby vacated.
Civil Application for vacating interim relief is also disposed of
accordingly.

4. Registry is directed send the copy of this order to the Port, Customs
and Terminal Authorities at Mundra Port for implementation of this order
