Important Information

● Please check the departure/arrival terminal of your flight with the respective airlines directly.
● A printed copy of this e-ticket must be presented at the time of check in.
● Report at the designated Airport terminal 2 hour's prior departure.
● Airline check-in counter opens 2 hours prior scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the
departure time.
● Call the Airline directly to cancel your ticket if the departure time of your flight is within the next 6 hours
and inform us via email/phone for refund processing. We will process the refunds as per the cancellation
policies from airlines and Agency applicable charges
● If you fail to cancel the travel booking and do not report for travel on time, the Airline will consider such
passenger as No Show.
● E-Ticket is a non-transferable document. Passenger name cannot be changed.

Mandatory : Your E-Ticket must be accompanied with a photo identification (ID) card and may include Driving License, Passport, PAN
Card,Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card or any other ID issued by Government of India. Birth Certificate is a mandatory proof for infant
traveler.
