Lesson 1: SALVATION (Change of Destination)

Lesson 2: REPENTANCE (Change of Direction)

Objective​: To help the new believer understand that even when we have chosen other things and people before God, we can always change our
mind, ask for forgiveness just like the Prodigal Son and go back to the Father through Jesus Christ.

Materials​: Blank sheets of paper


Note: This is a classic way of presenting the Gospel to children, but we will contextualize it to young adults.

Instructions​:
1. Bring out a piece of paper.
> "Our life is like a blank sheet of paper..."

2. Write 'GOD' in the middle.


> "God is the center of our lives. We were all created by God, not a
product of the Big Bang Theory or Darwin's Theory (monkey)"

3. Fold the paper accordingly

a. Fold the paper so that the word "God" will be hidden inside

Lesson 3: LORDSHIP (Change of Relationship)

Objective​: To help the new believer understand that we need to make Jesus Christ our LORD
because he knows our beginning and end (start and finish) and He will lead us to the right way.

Materials ​:
1. Print out of the maze
2. Handkerchief (for blindfold)
3. Pen or marker

Instructions​:
1. Ask for a volunteer to join the activity
2. Show him the maze that s/he needs to complete
3. Introduce him/her to a guide
4. Warn him/her that there will be someone who will distract him/her

Connect​:
1. Whether the person wins or not, explain the importance of listening to the right voice

2. Explain that we cannot live our life on our own - we need Jesus as our LORD and Savior

3. There will be distractions along the way (the devil will try to steal, kill, and destroy), but if you
know the voice of the Shepherd you will be safe and know the right direction

Lesson 4: FORGIVENESS (Change of Heart)

Objective​: To help the new believer understand that no matter what the condition of our heart is, God is able to restore it - we only need to ask for
and release forgiveness and experience a change of heart.

Materials​: 1 of each for every attendee


1. Blank sheets of paper
2. Heart-shaped cut-outs

Instructions​:
1. Distribute all blank sheets of paper to everyone
2. Let each one of them illustrate the condition of their heart
3. Ask everyone (or volunteers) to explain why they have described their heart
that way
4. At the end of the activity give each one of them a heart-shaped cut-out

Connect​:
● Whatever the condition of your heart, God is able to restore it - not by repairing
or patching it up together, but by giving you a new heart
● We experience pain from the people who hurt us, but as we forgive them and
surrender our hearts to God, He is able and willing to make it new.

Lesson 5: LIFESTYLE - The 4 Greatest Meetings

Objective​: To be able to help the new believer understand that


starting up a new life for Jesus requires a change of culture and

Lesson 6: Devotional Life

Objective​: To help the new believer understand his life’s purpose by knowing who he is and who his Creator is by reading the Bible

Material​: 1 random and uncommon item

Instructions​:
1. Divide the cell members to 2 groups
2. Show them the random item and let them take turns and think of ideas to use that particular item (i.e. pen can be used to scratch your back)
3. The team who fails to give an answer loses the game

Connect​:
● We were all created with one purpose - and if we don’t discover that, we will be confused and distracted with what other people have to say.
● The only way to discover your life’s purpose is to go back to the Creator and live according to His Word - the Bible our manual for living.

Lesson 7: Your Active Life of Prayer

Objective:​ To help the new believer understand that prayer is not a


religious activity, but simply expressing yourself to God and growing in
your intimacy with Him

Instructions​:
1. Let individuals / groups pick an expression by drawing lots SAD DISAPPOINTED
2. Let them enact the expression using their facial expression
and other minimal non-verbal cues
3. Let the other person / group guess what that expression is.

1. Prayer should be honest, authentic, sincere and real - this is
what makes Christianity a personal relationship with Christ, not

Lesson 8: Witnessing - Sharing your new life with others

Objective​: To help the new believer share his/her life to others and his/her relationship with Jesus changed him/her.

Materials​: None

Instructions​:
1. Play 2 truths, 1 lie - have everyone share 3 statements (1 should be a lie) and let the others guess which one is the lie

Lesson 9: Life of Obedience: Surrender to God’s will

Objective:​ To help the new believer understand the value of obedience

Follow Directions:
1) Read everything carefully before doing anything. 16) On the reverse side of this paper, add 8950 and 9305.

2) Put your name in the upper right-hand corner of this page. 17) Put a circle around your answer and put a square around the
circle.
3) Circle the word NAME in sentence two.

Lesson 10: Life in the Church (Belongingness in the Church)

Objective​: To help the new believer understand that God designed us to be part of a community where we belong to.

Materials​:
1. Item that represents yourself
2. Box or paper bag where you can hide the items

Instructions​:
1. Let everyone put their item inside the box or paper bag.
2. Bring everything out and let them cluster the items according to function, color, shape, etc
3. Let everyone guess and reveal who owns that item

Connect​:
1. We all belong to God and there’s a community that we should be part of.
2. God designed us to be social beings. Knowing him as our creator leads to knowing our right community.
