    Subject: Inquiry Regarding Refund for Darkroom Assistant Gr-II Application Fee

    Dear AIIMS Bhopal Administration,

    I am writing to express my concern regarding the refund of my application fee for the post of Darkroom
    Assistant Gr-II that I had applied on November 5th, 2023.(Ref. No.:
    ADM-2(3)/AIIMSBhopal/RC/2023/02) DATED 25/10/2023.As per my understanding from your previous
    communication, the application fee would be refunded for those who applied for 357 Group-‘C’ NO-Faculty
    Domain specific post of 26 different cadres on direct recruitment basis, as it was cancelled.
    (NO-ADM-2(3)/2/AIIMS BPL/RC/DR/2023/5103 DATED 10/11/23).

    However, despite following up on this matter via email on December 14th, 2023, I have yet to receive any
    further communication or instructions regarding the refund process. I kindly request you to provide further
    guidance on this matter, including any necessary links or forms I need to complete to initiate the refund process.
