Under the instructions from my client Ms.Vaidhyam Bukka Sree Chandana,

D/o. Late Bukka Ramesh Babu, Aged about 24 years, Occupation:
Student/Unemployed, R/o. H.No.9-90/4/1, Prashanthnagar Colony, Street No.3,
Boduppal, Medipally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad – 500092, I
am herewith issuing the following legal notice to you.

1) My client states thatas per your advertisements and references my client

have enrolled in your above coaching center vide Admission
No.2301021439 on 04-02-2023 under TSPSC Group-1 Naipunyata –
Batch-2 for the tenure of 4months in Naipunyata Online Mode-English with
fixed fee an amount of Rs.23,000/- by you and the said amount of
Rs.23,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand only) paid by my client
through her UPI account/transaction, on 2 nd February 2023, but due to

 cancellation of the exam by the TS Government you have cancelled the
said programme after test no 10 even after my client disagreeing to it.
The said programme has expired without even using the course after
10tests.

2) My client further states that after expiring the account you have started
the programme before the prelims result of TSPSC Group1 which was
conducted from 6th june,2023 but you have given options to my client in
the following way:-

My client did not select any of the following option because of:

a) My client have enrolled in the coaching after the prelims result of

TSPSC Group1 which released in the month of January 2023 of the
exam conducted on October 16, 2022. And you have did not given any
access to my client to the said programme after expiring the
programme. My client just have an expired account but you have
started the same course in a new account on from dt.18-7-2023,
despite numerous calls ahead to conduct it after prelims result. My
client didn’t have any access to the new account of the same course.

b) My client do not agree with the other two options as you were
demanding to pay the money again to access the remaining tests of
the programme.

3) My client further states that she did not apply in any other exam such as
TSPSC Group2 so my client need refund of amount, after calling to the
institute numerous times prior to the 18th July, 2023 and thereafter, your
institution have not allowed my client to talk to the head of the institution
even after continuous requests through calls i.e. on dt.6 thJune, 16th , 17th
(4calls), 18th (4calls) of June,2023,On July 1st (5calls), On 9th (2calls) in
August, 2023from my client side. And numerous other calls i.e. more than
20times from the phone which my client made calls for refund of amount
but your academic head didn’t talk to my client despite multiple requests
in every call. My client is the one to call you but youdidn’t responded
positively back even after multiple requests. As such different people have
lifted the client calls whenever she called to you and my client had to
repeat the issue multiple times in multiple calls.

My client further asked their designation but they defined to address.

Few of the call recordings of the above mentioned data are as follows:-

(1)My client states that, you have told you will be calling us back but you
denied calling her back. My client and her sister Dr. V.B. Prathyusha took
the initiative step and went to your office after a long wait on 10 th of
August, 2023 and you haven’t listened to my client’s proper concerns but
forced my client to write only the selected 3 minor issues and my client
deceived by the academic head.

(2)My client states that, at the end after knowing that she have been
deceived, on 14thAugust, 2023 after reaching the institution my client
have been greeted very impolitely and shehas been disrespected just for
asking refund of amount for the course which my client have taken only
10 weekend tests out of 21weekend tests and 14 full length tests. My
client having all relevant evidences.

4) My client states that you have intentionally taken steps for expiry of my
client account. My client haven’t received any access after test10 i.e.,my
client haven’t received the programme which my client enrolled for after
the weekend test10. Neither my client have received any test nor
enrolled in the said programme after rescheduling it without my client
acceptance from 18thJuly, 2023 i.e., My client was not enrolled or given
access from 18thJuly, 2023 even after rescheduling the programme.
Immediately my client have called to your institution for the refund of the
remaining programmes. My client have enrolled after clearing the TSPSC
Group1 prelims but you have started it before the prelims result to collect
huge amounts from the unemployed students with malafide intention.

5) My client further stated that you have humiliated her, your academic head
tried to grab my client phone when she showed the video of your
employee who confirmed my client that my clientis not given any access,
you made my client to wait for 5 hours in the your institute, called my
client financially weak because my client was asked the amount to you
and yelled at my client in the conversation with you. My client further
states that your academic head is also the teaching faculty, he despite
giving orientation classes to the UPSC aspirants called my client financially
weak and humiliated her.

6) My client further states that you have to refund the fee, but you have did
not paid any amount till date and even gave access to my client on 15 th
August, 2023 after completion of all the test which is included in the
programme. My client did not have an access till 15 th of August, 2023 that
means my client did not write any tests or even had access to tests which
were conducted prior to 15th of August, 2023 i.e., tests from 18 th of July to
15th August, 2023. Whole daily and weekend tests were completed by
time and the academic head gave access to my client at the end of the
programme saying the access is open but it was not. As such all the
evidences having with my client. My client cannot get any screenshot of
your website as you have put some software that nobody can take any
screenshot from your website, this kind of illegal act clearly shows that
wrongful loss to students.

7) That my client further states that you are liable to pay an amount of
Rs.23,000/- to my client.

8) Without prejudice to the other rights and remedies available, my client

hereby calls upon you to take this notice that unless you pay the amount
of Rs.23,000/- with future interest @24% p.a. payable thereon till
realization of the amount together with costs of this notice at Rs.5,000/-
within (7) days from the date of receipt of this notice, my client will be
constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against you, both civil and
criminal including consumer commissions etc., as well as appropriate
Sections, at your entire risk as to the costs and consequences thereof.
