Arrival Njp Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra

Airport and Transfer to Gangtok
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (413 Ft / 126
Mts) board your vehicle to Gangtok (5412 Ft /1650Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to
05 Hrs.). Check in and overnight at Hotel.

Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir Day Excursion

After a delicious breakfast embark on an exciting excursion to Tshangu
Lake and New Baba Mandir. The Tshangu Lake, situated at an altitude
of 12400Ft/3780Mts and 43Kms away, is a mesmerizing sight to
behold with its crystal-clear waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
The New Baba Mandir, located at an altitude of 13100Ft/3994Mts and
16Kms away from Tshangu Lake, is a famous shrine dedicated to Baba
Harbhajan Singh, a soldier of the Indian Army who died in 1968. The
journey to both places is equally exhilarating, offering breathtaking
views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. After spending some
time at the lake and the shrine, return to the hotel in the evening for a
comfortable stay.

 In case of Land slide or any reason Tshangu Lake is closed we will

provided alternate sightseeing.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit
Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu
Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to
visit Tshangu Lake.
In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is
closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided
Documents required: 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photocopy of
Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID – Pan Card &
Aadhar Card is not accepted). For Child below 18 years School Id /
Collage Id is must. Original to be brought with self.

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing Tour with Tiger

Hill (10 Points)
Rise and shine! Begin your day with a thrilling adventure to Tiger Hill,
Ghoom monastery & Batasia Loop. After a ful lling breakfast, get ready
for a full day tour of Darjeeling's most fascinating attractions. We will
visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological
Park, and take a Darjeeling Ropeway Ride for breathtaking views. Don't
miss the opportunity to climb the Tenzing-Gombu Rock and visit the
Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, the Japanese Temple, and the Peace
Pagoda. End the day with a panoramic view of the Tea Estate before
heading back to the hotel by early evening. In the evening, take a
leisurely stroll along Mall Road for stunning views of Darjeeling or
indulge in some shopping at the local market area. Spend the night at

India

General
1. Pan Card & Aadhar Card is not accepted as ID Proof to visit Nathula Pass, Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir.
The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following, Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport.
2. At times due to events which are beyond control (e.g. local strikes, natural calamities), schedules and
itineraries may be subject to last minute changes.
3. Telephone / Internet networks are non-existent in some areas.
4. Credit cards / travellers checks are not freely accepted in North-east.

Hotel
1. Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels provide only Mattress not Extra bed.
2. For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides
MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
3. Most of the hotels do not have lift. You will have to climb stairs to reach your allotted rooms. Incase any of
you, have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher oors, you
should report
4. Most hotels in north-east are very basic and may not be equivalent to similar star category hotels elsewhere
in India.
Tours and Transfers
1. Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle
or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
2. Tiger hill visit is subjected to availability of coupons as only 300 vehicles are allowed in the morning.
Uncase of non-availability of coupons, we will provide the sightseeing at 10:00 am after breakfast.
3. While traveling to Tshangu Lake, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir customers should carry valid photo ID proof
which can ONLY be one of Driving License, Voter Card or Valid Passport.
4. NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are
allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 2 years & above is number to visit
Tshangu Lake.
5. Due to poor road infrastructure in North-east, journey between 2 places may take longer than expected. Top
speed may be restricted to 30 km/hr at some places.
6. NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals will be allowed to visit Lachung, Yumthang & Yumesamdong,
with a valid permit.
7. It is not advisable to visit Lachen from 1st January till 15th March as roads are closed due to snow.
8. Cars is not at disposal and will be only available for point to point transfers as per itinerary
9. Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.
10. Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage
or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial
vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
11. All entrance tickets to Museums , Monastries, Gardens, or any other Sightseeing spots are to be borne by
the Customer and paid directly at the destination.
12. The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only
(on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
13. The AC will be on when the car is on move only. While travelling in the plains the clients would need AC,
which will be switch on. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be switched off.
14. As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings.
Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.

1. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless
explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
2. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
3. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to ful l the services for any
technical reasons.

Hotel
1. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount
depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items
taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
