To My TS team,

As you may have heard, my time with Dexcom Philippines winds down in a couple weeks. I am
leaving the Company effective April 15, 2024.

I want to make clear my gratitude for being able to work with (most of) you and for our shared
achievements in the past four (4) years. Special thanks to @Butch Arcilla, @Kristel Joyce, I've
learned a great deal about the business from you, your leadership is inspiring. My gratitude also
goes to the rest of the TS leadership and for the chance that we've worked together, and for the
productive relationship. We may see each other before I leave, but if not, my last day at work is
March 18. I will use the remaining time before my effective date to rest given the challenges in
my health condition as I prepare for my future career endeavors.

Over these next few weeks, I'll be working to tie up any loose ends, so feel free to reach out if
you have any questions. Otherwise and as communicated, part of the transition plan, Mafe is the
new HRBP for the entire PH GBS Technical Support (TS GPO, Manila and Cebu teams of
Technical Support). She will also be supporting Customer Advocacy. Mafe has already
demonstrated an incredible job as an HRBP resource and I am sure it will not be a difficult
adjustments for everyone.
