Differential drive

1 Two ball bearing.


2 Two cryton motors.
3 8 L plate of 4cm.
4 2 motor mounting.
5 Chassis of dimension (300mm*400mm).
6 Two bearing block.
7 Two coupler.
8 Two castor wheel.
9 Two differential wheel.

Ball bearing is used to restrict the vibration of the shaft.


Adjustable castor wheel are used so that it can ensure that all the wheel have contact
with the ground.
For adjustment of castor wheel bolts are used, bolts are tightened to get desirable
height.
Castor wheel experience less friction in comparison to other wheel.
Distance between differential wheel should be more than the distance between the
adjacent differential ,so that the other wheel should come into the circular radius and
offers less resistance in rotation.
While using castor, wheels should be placed as far as possible because that will
prevent bot from toppling.
Axis of motors should be uniaxial otherwise instead of traversing linearly it will follow
a contour path.
Motor are mounted below channel to provide large clearance in order to provide
more room for adjustable bolt.
