Directions
1. Heat the oven to 160 C
2. Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla, mix
thoroughly using a mixer
3. Once combined, add flour and baking soda, mix it again with
chocolate bits and a pinch of salt
4. Take a scoop of dough, spread it across the trays, make sure it
has enough spaces in between
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edge is crispy
6. Let cool for at least 10 minutes on cooling rack
