    Petitioner No. 2 in person.
    None for respondent despite repeated calls.
    It is submitted by Ld. Counsel that the process already stands
    served to the respondent and he has filed the photocopy of the tracking
    report. Report of refusal by the respondent no. 2 is placed on record. As per
    the report of the process server, respondent no. 2 refused to take the
    summons for herself as well as for respondent no. 1 being her daughter.
    In this eventuality, summons duly stands served.
    The report of the process server pertains to 30.05.2022.
    Let the written statement, if any, be filed within the statutory
    period with directions to supply advance copy of the same to the opposite
    counsel.
    Re­notify for 20.09.2022.
