    Due to outbreak and spread of novel corona virus(Covid­19)
    pandemic and in view of order No. 1556­1615/F2(1)/NW/RC/2021,
    dated 15.01.2021, the present matter is taken up for hearing through
    physical hearing.
    Present: Sh. Anil Garg, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.
    Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his
    instructions the petitioner wishes to pursue the present eviction petition
    only under section 14 (1) (a) and not under 14 (1) (j) DRC.
    Heard. Record perused.
    Ld. Counsel submits that inadvertently unsigned
    vakalatnama has been filed by him and he will file a fresh vakalatnama on
    record within two days.
    Since petitioners are not present, be awaited.
