Greeting of peace and God’s blessing!

Please be informed that our 2022 Area Youth Coordinating Committee (AYCC) meeting will be
on July 29-31 (Friday – Sunday) at Parish of St. John the Evangelist located in Tondol, Anda,
Pangasinan under Diocese of Dagupan (Western Pangasinan).

We are strongly encouraging each member diocese of the AYCC-NCL Region to actively participate
in this meeting. We are requesting three (3) representatives (at the maximum) from each diocese (elected
DYEC officers). Kindly prepare P200.00 as registration fee individually (for workshop materials, kits,
documents necessary for our discussion and other incidental expenses) for each participant and the
paymP1,000.00 for Diocesan share to augment the budget of host diocese. Attached is our agenda to AYCC
meeting for our preparation and conduct before and during meeting, respectively. We strongly advice to
follow the schedule, so that we will be able to finish all matters on time.

We shall be keeping in touch for updates. For any question or clarifications, kindly reach me through

2022 (Friday). Your positive response will bring much happiness and strength to every young of our

 All dioceses are expected to send at most 3 participants, included preferably the President and
Secretary of the DYEC. In their absence, any other officer of the DYEC or representative duly au-
thorized by the Bishop can take their place.

 Please inform and coordinate with your Bishop and Chaplain regarding the AYCC Meeting and
your representation to the said activity, please furnish them with a printed copy if letter was re-
ceived thru e-mail.

 National Secretariats present in the area are also invited to attend and help assist in the meet-
ing. Don’t forget to inform your Bishop regarding your attendance to the meeting.

 To ALL participants, please confirm your attendance as soon as possible to finalize the details
our meeting. For problems regarding your attendance to the meeting, we also ask you to update
