RESULTS:

CONSIDERINGS:

I. This court is competent to decide on this judgment according to 91,

92, 93, 94, 104, 107 law articles from the Civil Procedures Code.

authorization in the adoption of minor , giving consent ,
Family Development Director, since she is exercising maternal

by Law Article 596 fractions IV and V in the State Civil Procedures

personally know the promoters since years ago, that
they personally know the minor since the adoption begun, that
they are aware that promoters are older than 25 years of age, that
they know and is evident that promoters have cared as if she was
own child , they love her very much and have taken special care for
her health and that promoters have good customs and honorable
way of living to provide the minor’s education, since they both work
and they know the adoption will be in the minor’s benefit.

According to the analyzed proofs and on the Court’s judgment, the

State Civil Code Procedures were accomplished, is resolved that
PLAIN ADOPTION PROCEDURES ARE AUTHORIZED to to
adopt the minor named that she shall be considered as
own child and therefore the child’s last name shall be and
in the future the child will be known as , according to
established by Law Article 562 of the State Civil Code, therefore a
copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Civil Registrar’s Office so a
new birth certificate is issued to the minor an to make the
relative notations in birth certificate number dated on
