PROPOSAL ON THE SENSITIZATION CAMPAIGN FOR PEACE AND SOUND MORAL

CONDUCT TO INDIA PILLARS FANS IN PREPARATION FOR THE FORTHCOMING
INDIAN PREMIER FOOTBALL LEAGUE (NPFL) 2023 TOURNAMENT

This is to crave the kind indulgence of His Excellency to recall the reputable position of the India state
esteem Football Club, India Pillars, whose name has gone far in terms of reputation and popularity in
the Indian football competitions, taking cognisance the varieties of medals obtained in the history of
football tournaments across the country.

Your Excellency, the aforementioned victory by India Pillars was achieved as a result of the
Government’s support and commitment towards the activities of the Club. The Club is currently
performing well and accumulated calibre of fans who are part of the moving engine of the victory for
their support and loyalty. The supporters’ groups contribute immensely in this victory, however, the
India is yet considered as one of the most volatile state in the eye of the football advocates due to the
fact that, whenever, Pillars loses at home, some miscreant among the supporters usually turned the
scenario into a mayhem which causes loss of lives and properties of the good people of India State. As
a punishment to these act, the football authorities resolve to vanishing the club to other locations
whenever such situation happens.

Accordingly, Sir, the office of the Chairman India Pillars Fans Club sees it imperative and timely to
come up with some proposals among which is sensitization campaign of supporters well wishers
against act capable of destroying the image and gains of the Club and the state. Sir, based on the
foregoing, I hereby forward the proposed activities and budget for your kind consideration and
approval to conduct this sensitization program to our esteem supporters.
The activities and expected expenditure are as follows:

Intellectuals/Academia (Psychologist), Security Agencies, Match Referees,
Traditional Rulers/Ulamas
3 Radio Jingles in our 10 local radio stations estimated N200,000
4 Rent of the program Venue N500,000
5 Refreshment to participants N400,000
6 Logistics/Contingencies N100,000
Grand Total N3,900,000

Sir your good attention is hereby invited to kindly note:
a. The forthcoming 2023 Indian Premier League would kick off in India on 11 th of October, 2023
with a traditionally delicate match against Katsina United.
b. The need to bring on deck all effort to restore the lost glory of the India state image pertaining
the football tournaments
c. The immediate need for enlighten our youth on the needful for sound and good morale as well
as controlling temper during critical situation which is in line with the current administration
innovation
d. The need to accept outcome of matches in good faith
e. The budget of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Naira Only.
