NOTE:

1. All the participants have to report 1 hour before the event time.
2. All the participants are requested to submit their audio tracks to the technical team
at the Department of Cultural Affairs by 07th March, 2024.
3. Audio Quality should be 320kbs and clear. The acceptable file format is .mp3, .mp4,
.wav
4. Basic instruments like Drum Set, Guitar & Keyboard will be provided from the
organising team at the event.
5. For the convince of the faculty participants, flexible timings have been arranged. The
timing is 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, and the venues for the event will remain same as
the student events. (Only for Staff Participants)
