1. Your boss reprimanded you for committing a mistake in the report assigned to you.
- Reprimanded with the boss isn’t always a bad thing, it helps you to grow and improve
within your job. If we were reprimanded by our boss the best thing to handle it is to
listen on what our boss trying to say, then after of being reprimand we should set goals
on how we can improve our work and take actions to improve our lapses and
performance. And being reprimanded we should view it as a lesson, stay calm and be
open to any suggestions.

2. Your boss had issues at home and it seems that he/she is taking it out on people in the
workplace.
- If this situation happens I will just ignore the hostility of our boss and just pretend and
ignore that I didn’t understand the happenings. And id she’s taking it out on us I’ll try
not to take it personally. And if the situation gets calm then that’s the time we can
communicate to her.

3. You have a very arrogant and disrespectful client who complained about poor service. He claims
that the process of getting a certificate from your office is too long, although the processing time
is actually within your published charter.
- The best thong to do in this situation is first is to be emphatic, we should show empathy
on the situation to show that we are concerned on her concern and to show that you
are disappointed also that the problem is happening under you. Once we identified the
issue we should establish a rapport. We should stay calm, still and stoic on facing clients
and then after offer a solution or explain calmly that his/her concerns are done on time.
And offer sincere apology about what happen. Just be professional in handling this kind
of scenario.

service in your office.
- If this happens I’m gonna assist her and teaches the client on what to do and what
should to write in the form.

5. A co-ojt is just logging in but actually spends the entire day just scrolling his Facebook account.
- As a co-ojt I think the best thing to do is to confront what she/he did, that his acts are
not good as an intern. And if she/he's not minding me, then it’s her business and I’m out
of it.

6. An employee in the office wrongly accused you of misplacing a document.

- If that happens to me, I'll just honestly says that I didn’t know of that thing, and of
course not to get angry about he/she mistakenly accused me. And stay still, calm, and
just smile.
