Indication:
DM, HTN, IHD and Psychiatric illness.

Normal vocal cords, epiglottis, UES and hypo-pharynx noted. Tertiary contractions noted in esophagus. Normal
Esophagus:
esophagus noted. Changes of reflux esophagitis noted (LA grade B).

Stomach: Moderate to severe gastritis seen.

Pylorus: Normal.

Duodenum: Normal D1 and D2 seen.

Specimens: Gastric biopsy : Multiple biopsies taken from antrum, body and incisura.

Intervention: Gastric biopsies.

Complications: Nil.
Assessment: Reflux esophagitis. Pan-gastritis. No obstruction noted.

Treatment: Follow prescription.

Comfort Level: No discomfort
