PROCEDURES

the higher authorities who will ensure that the correct action is taken.
C. Keep a sufficient written record of conversation securely. The record should be
signed by the person making it should use manes, not initials.
D. The school will keep all child protection records confidential, allowing disclosure
only to those who need the information in order to safeguard and promote the
welfare of the student. The school will cooperate with the higher authorities or
social services to ensure that all relevant information is shared for the purposes of
child protection investigations to safeguard the pupils.

SCHOOL POLICY STATEMENT
Every pupil should learn in a safe and motivating environment where: preventive
measures are not imposed as a form of discipline but instead giving them proper up-bringing,
letting them realize their violation, or preventing similar untoward incidents.

sexual harassment, forcing the child to watch obscene publications or shows forcing
the child to do indecent sexual acts, or any acts that cause the child to engage in any
sexual activity by force, treat of force, physical or other harm, or through inducements,
gifts or favors.
∙Psychological Violence – refers to acts of omissions causing or like to cause mental or
emotional suffering of the child.
