Artwork: The Last Supper
"The Last Supper" is all about final meal that Jesus had with his disciples before his crucifixion, where he
established the sacrament of the Eucharist, symbolizing his sacrifice for humanity's sins. And This is for the
event is significant in Christianity, representing Jesus' selflessness and love, and is a central aspect of Christian
worship through Communion. It is considered the culmination of Jesus' ministry and leads to his crucifixion,
death, and resurrection. Artistic depictions of the Last Supper capture the emotional and theological significance
of the event, such as Leonardo da Vinci's famous portrayal.
It is painted with materials that allowed for regular alterations: tempera on gesso, pitch, and mastic.
It is so good because the art itself is so beautiful and it symbolize the sacrifice of our God for human’s
sins. And we can see the other people in the painting and the final meal that Jesus had with his disciples.
-In my own experience art is everything because for me all of you can see have art and all of everything you do have
always art in this.
-As an observer, I find "Nighthawks" a captivating and thought-provoking piece that speaks volumes about urban life
and human emotions. The use of light and negative space creates a powerful visual impact, and the composition is
masterfully executed. The painting is a testament to Hopper's skill as an artist and his ability to capture the essence of
modern life in his works.
