My name is Melissa, and I am 18 years old. I am from Acapulco,

Guerrero. Today I am writing about the thins that I like and things I
do not like. This was not easy for me because I want to talk about a
lot of things, but I will try my best. That is why I am going to write
about three of four topics.

Entertainment
I enjoy listening to music, I like variety in my playlist when I put my
earphones on. I am really into Korean music. I also like listening to
music in English to improve both my pronunciation and listening. I
like Musicals, for example “Hamilton”, “Heathers” and Disney
musicals, for example Moana. My favorite bands are exo, SuJu,
Panic! At the disco and Busker Busker. I like their music a lot.
I don’t like that much to watch movies, but I like comedy series and
I’m thinking of watch some sitcoms like Friends, because my friend
recommended it to me.

Food
My favorite food is my mother’s soup, I like to eat it with salad,
rice, and chicken. I do not like eating food with a lot of salt, despite
this, I don’t like the salad with tomato. I do not like tomatoes. I also
don’t mind about catsup, which is very funny because I eat my
hamburgers just with bread, salad and meat.
I don’t like coffee, I don’t know why but I just do not like to drink it
but I like smelling it. I don’t like alcohol, which means I don’t drink
beers or other alcoholic drinks. I like to have orange and carrot juice
for breakfast. And I love when I go out at the mornings for eating
barbacoa. That doesn’t happen currently but it’s good when it
happens.
My favorite fruit is grape, but I also like sweet melon and tangerine.
The fruit I cannot stand is ilama.

SCHOOL SUBJECTS
I like studying when I can understand any topic, because my brains
things something like “Oh, that’s why it happens” And I start to
connect ideas and understanding something was difficult for me,
that’s why I don’t have a special subject at school. But I think I’m
quite good at English.
I would like to learn music, or another language like Japanese,
which I am interested in. Anyways, I think I wouldn’t have enough
time for everything.
