Two type of IELTS

There is two types of tests IELTS ( Academic and Greneral )
designed to test your language skills for different Settings.

Listening and Speaking assesments of the test are same for

both Academic and General. The subject matter tested for
Reading and Writing will differ depending on the test you
take.

Exam Format
Listening: 30 Minutes
You have to answer questions given to you, by
listening to a recording of conversation between
two people and figuring out answers from it.

Writing: 60 Minutes
You will be given 2 writing tasks. One will be to
write an essay. The other will be to explain graph
or write a letter.

Speaking: 15 Minutes
You will introduce yourself and answer a few
personal questions. After that, you will be given a
topic, on which you have to speak for 2 minutes.
