I am a highly enthusiastic, motivated and tech-savvy (CLT) practitioner with 10 years of


experience in a contemporary language teaching environment. I have done Cambridge
CELTA, Train The Trainer as well as TESOL by Arizona State University, USA plus Masters
in English Language Teaching from NUML Islamabad. I have trained over 2000 adult
professionals including teachers, engineers, doctors, management staff as well as Air-force
cadets for the English language as well as professional development with a higher success
rate. Moreover, I aim to empower everyone to become a better professional with less-reliance
on teachers.

Professional Experience & Project

 15th November 2021 through Present: Sarghodians’ Institute for Professiona


Devevlopment, a project of Sarghodians’ Spirit Trust. I am responsible to
design and facilitate teacher training sessions for English teachers and master
trainers of English.

 Selecting materials for training
 Evaluating training materials
 Facilitating the teacher training session online as well as on-site.

1st June 2021 through 14th November: College of Aeronautical Engineering, PAF
Risalpur Base. The course was designed after determining the learners’ level of
language through initial assessment. After which, the course was designed according to
the learners’ needs.
 Need analyses were conducted
 Relevant materials were selected
 Whole language skills are being facilitated (listening, speaking, reading, and
writing)

July 2018 through 30th May 2021: Visiting English Lecturer, Universal Institute of
Nursing. I taught Intermediate English textbooks, also helped students with grammar,
vocabulary, and reading comprehension skills

 Planned effective lessons to teach the textbooks


 Conducted formative and summative assessments
 Prepared students to take the annual exams with a 100% success rate
 Helped students with language gaps in terms of vocabulary, and grammar to
understand difficult passages

August 2018 through March 2020: International English language exam Trainer &
Cambridge Teacher Trainer, Institute of Career Development. I facilitated Cambridge
teacher-training courses such as CELT-P and CELT-S as well as English language exam
preparatory sessions of IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, PTE, and OET, etc

December 2018 through 14th December 2018: I facilitated a 70-hour intensive business
English program to the employees of Mid Asia Oil Company Iraq on the side of the
British Council in collaboration with Pakistan Petroleum Limited
 Designed 10 sessions for a full-day training
 Adapted e-learning materials for face to face training
 Planned day to day engaging activities including role-plays, presentations, groups as
well as pair talks for the best learning outcomes

March 2018 through June 2019: ESP (English for Specific Purpose) Coach, Amreli
Steels LTD Karachi Pakistan. Designed ESP course and syllabus through thorough
need analysis of learners. Conducted classes through the communicative approach to
teaching the language.
 Facilitated English language sessions for Management and Engineering Staff
 Monitored trainee’s classroom language
 Provided feedback on presentations and written assignments to further their written and
spoken skills

Sep 2015 through May-2017: Executive Facilitator of English, Eureka Global


Education. Facilitated English certificate and diploma classes which include beginners
through advanced level sessions, public speaking workshops, and IELTS.
