For admission in the first year of Master of Business Administration (MBA)

and Master of Computer Application (MCA) on State quota seats which
includes all sanctioned seats of Government & Grant-in-Aid Colleges, 50%
seats of sanctioned intake and surrendered seats of management quota of
unaided Colleges of Gujarat and surrendered seats of few COE institutes,
the State Government has decided to carry out web based online admission
process for the academic year 2023-24. The online registration through
internet is mandatory for eligible candidates for participating in the
admission process. The aspiring candidates not having internet facility can
avail the facility for online registration at Cyber Space Centres (Time 11:00
AM to 05:00 PM on all working days) designated by admission committee
without paying any charges. (The list is available on committee’s website

Eligibility for Admission:
Minimum Qualification: The aspiring candidate shall have appeared in
CMAT-2023 examination conducted by NTA (prescribed by AICTE) and
shall have passed qualifying examination with minimum 50% (45% for SC/
ST/SEBC/EWS categories) for MBA and MCA course.
For MBA: A candidate shall have obtained minimum Qualification as
mentioned above and passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration
from recognized institutes/ universities duly stated in admission rules.
For MCA: A candidate shall have obtained minimum Qualification as
mentioned above in accordance with prevailing admission rules and AICTE
guidelines and passed qualifying examination of B.C.A. / B.Sc. (Computer
Science) / B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE) / B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT)
or equivalent Degree or passed any graduation degree (e.g. B.E. / B.Tech.
/ B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A. / B.Voc. / etc.) preferably with Mathematics, Business
Mathematics or statistics at 10+2 level or, as the case may be, at Graduation
level. For students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge
course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional
bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the
concerned University.
A) For 95% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant-in-
Aid Institutions and 50% of total sanctioned intake of unaided
Institutions: A candidate shall have obtained minimum Qualifications
as per prevailing admission rules from college/institutes located in
Gujarat State.
B) For 5% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant-in-Aid
Institutions (All India Quota): A candidate shall have obtained minimum
Qualifications as per prevailing admission rules from school and college/
institute located outside Gujarat in India.

by Government of Gujarat from time to time.
Note: Candidate, who has appeared in qualifying examination and result
is awaited/ pending, can also apply. However, committee may issue merit
number/Admission in such case on provisional basis and admission will
be finalised only if the candidate fulfils all the requirements & eligibility
criteria as per Government of Gujarat notification and submit all necessary
documents in the all manner deemed ask .

Registration Process:
• The online admission registration will begin from 27.06.2023 (02:00PM)
and will end on 17.07.2023 (5:00PM).
• The candidate shall have to complete the registration process by
uploading all relevant documents and paying registration fees (non-
refundable) of INR 500/- for MBA or MCA course and INR 750/- for
MBC (applying both MBA and MCA courses) through online mode only.
• Candidates seeking admission through admission committee for
academic year 2023-24, shall have to register online on website
gujacpc.admissions.nic.in or gujacpc.nic.in to become eligible for
further admission process. Please note that no other means of
registration are available. Furthermore, choice filling, payment of token
tuition fees, admission confirmation shall also be done on same website
using candidate’s login credentials.
• Candidate during the process of registration shall give undertaking of
accepting provisional admission till verification of all necessary
documents for meeting eligibility criteria.
• There is no need to submit or verify any document in person. The
entire admission process is completely online.
• Tuition Fee Weaver (TFW) as supernumerary seats are available for
admission year 2023-24 for MBA-MCA course as per AICTE norms.
Family income from all sources must not exceed INR 8 lacs for TFW
seats. Students from any category can opt for admission under this
scheme with valid income certificate. (Visit our website for more details
on TFW). Admission alloted in this quota is subjected to prevailing
norms.
